This soft market testing exercise relates to the potential commissioning and procurement plans for a Mental Health Supported Living \(Complex Needs\) at a particular site within the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames\. The London Borough of Richmond upon Thames is seeking to engage with organisations who deliver supported living for individuals who have mental health needs and/or similar services, in order to gain the perspective of the market in shaping the future provision\. The Council is seeking written responses to a Soft Market Testing Questionnaire that has been designed for this purpose\.
