## Description

The purpose of this review is to support the FCDO in analysing who bears the cost of fraud including the source and impact of loss repayment\. In addition, the review should provide assurance on how the department complies with the principles set out in Managing Public Money\. Contract duration - 3 months with option to extend for another month\.
