Invitation to Tender for Plantroom 4 & Plantroom 21/22 chiller replacement

This project is for the replacement of the existing chillers located within existing Plantroom 4 together with the remote air cooled condensers located on the flat roof adjacent the courtyard next to Plantroom 4 and serving Air Handling Units (AHUs) as listed below:

a) AHU 1, 2 and 3.3 in Plantroom 3 b) AHU 2.1 in Plantroom 2 c) AHU 5.2 and 5.3 in Plantroom 5.

AND for the replacement of the existing chiller located on the external flat roof area over Plantroom 21 and serving Air Handling Units (AHUs) as listed below:

a) AHUs 1, 5, 6, 7, 8 in Plantroom 21 b) AHU General Supply / Extract in Plantroom 21 c) AHU 2 in Plantroom 22 d) AHU T-Block in Plantroom 22

The tendering Contractors are required to read all of the documents attached to this Invitation To Tender (ITT) and respond by uploading documents to the e-procurement portal.

The tendering Contractors are advised to visit site before tendering to inspect the existing installations relevant to the works and ascertain the nature of the site, access, local conditions and any restrictions likely to affect the execution of the contract works.
