## Description

Ofgem requires commercial and financial advice in relation to regulated licenced companies\. This is in response to the sustained high gas price situation and it's impact on the energy retail market\. In particular, this support is required to work on the functioning of the Supplier of Last Resort \(SoLR\) levy, as well as the interaction of this with network companies\.
