Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council (BDBC) has awarded a contract for the provision of a digital partner/advisory services. The council is committed to continuing to provide high quality services and facilities while ensuring that future growth is well planned and well managed. To help us achieve this, BDBC was seeking to commence a digital transformation programme. We wanted to establish a digital target operating model and understand the level of redesign required so that we are ready to procure digital solution(s). The partner will help the Council to determine the activities required to set up and deliver the programme in stages.
