Production Support contract for VMware vSphere 6.5 Enterprise

Support and Maintenance: - Renew the existing VMWare Production Support contract. - Support must be provided from a UK-based supplier. - Must have the capability to resolve issues via telephone support or site visit. - Note that remote access to DMO systems is not permitted. - Must provide 24-hour support.

The procurement process is via Lot 2; Packaged Software - suppliers under the CCS Technology Products 2 framework agreement (RM3733).
