## Description

The objective of the service is to ensure the fire safety related electrical and mechanical systems and equipment in or on the property affected by the service are provided and maintained in accordance with the relevant fire risk assessment\. This procurement was a Further Competition under Lot 10 - Active Fire Safety of the Fusion21's Building Safety & Compliance Framework \(Contract Notice 586981-2020\)\. Only suppliers appointed to the framework/lot for the London region\(s\) were invited to bid\.
