## Description

The Trust currently has a requirement for the relocation and refurbishment of an existing pharmacy at Maudsley Hospital\. This includes the demolition of the internal walls, breaking through the ground floor from the new stair core and goods lift, as well as the installation of the new internal partitions, decorative works and the upgrading of the mechanical and electrical services\.
