## Description

The provision to supply and optimise our CRM process by purchasing a customer relationship management \(CRM\) solution\. The CRM will provide the ability to view our full B2B pipeline and draw insightful reports directly from the system\. The solution will grow to eventually include our public customer pipeline \(as well as B2B customers\) and potentially add other departments to if needed in the future\.
