## Description

The Supplier shall provide the Authority with compensation claims handling and associated support services to meet the evolving needs of its Risk Protection Arrangement and Risk Protection Arrangement for LocatED \(RPL\) as well as wider DfE Schools Commercial Team requirements, along with other educational establishments\.
