## Description

This is a 2 stage design and build procurement of a Contractor to deliver "Small Scale Capital Works Projects" for the Council's 6 Priority Flood Alleviation Scheme projects via YORCivil2, Lot 3\. Stage 1 pre-construction advice and services for small scale Capital works 'shovel ready' flood alleviation schemes across the 6 priority FAS projects will commence 24/07/2023 until a completion date of 31/12/2025\. Stage 2 \(Works\) contracts are expected to commence from January 2026 and will run for a period of potentially 24 months, making the latest possible expiry date December 2027\.
