Mini Competition for the Provision of an ITSM Toolset - AWARD

The University installed and commissioned its current ITSM tool in 2014. At that time, the objective was to achieve a standard call logging system to meet business needs at an affordable cost. However, as the organisations service management capability has matured so has our need for a tool that can grow with us and compliment us on our journey, such that we are now looking for a new solution to meet the University's changing requirements.
