Work description
Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council (BwDBC) is looking to award a Framework Contract Agreement for the provision of Event Security Services for both indoor and outdoor events being held in / at various locations as specified in this document and potentially other (additional) ad-hoc events that may occur throughout the duration of this Framework for which suppliers are invited to tender.
