## Description

The platform will enable the Combined Authority to better engage with target audiences, collecting their ideas and views, to support our bus franchising consultation and future resident / business engagement activity across the Combined Authority\. The Saas product is used by many Local Authorities across the UK and is regarded as a best practice solution to deliver effective consultation and engagement activities\.
