Custody CCTV Maintenance and 24hr and 2hr response Call Out Services

The PCC wishes to establish a single Provider Contract for The Provision of Custody CCTV Maintenance and 24hr/365(6) 2hr Emergency Call Out Service. The Customer is managing this procurement process in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the "Regulations"). This Contract is being procured under the Restricted procedure. The contract will be for 3 years beginning Summer 2019 with an option to extend for 2 x 12 months. Any Bidder must be able to, without exception, provide a 2 hour emergency response time to any site listed.
