## Description

The Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care Board \(ICB\) are looking to introduce an independent Freedom to Speak up Guardian for ICB employees in the first instance with an active exploration of expanding this service to support our primary care colleagues across the Suffolk and North East Essex localities within the second half of the 12 month contract\.
