## Description

York St John University \(YSJU\) is seeking to build a new 'Creative Centre' at its city centre Lord Mayor's Walk \(LMW\) campus\. YSJU will use a two-stage procurement process to appoint a Contractor to partner with the University on this project\. This document outlines Stage 1 and includes a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire \(PQQ\) which YSJU will use to shortlist four to six contractors, who will then participate in a competitive tender\.
