## Description

Chorley Borough Council invited quotations for the supply and delivery of a service to support vulnerable adults \(women\) to help avoid/step down from crisis situations, by providing early intervention support providing access to self help and support as well as a range of free counselling provision, reducing the need for more costly interventions by statutory services\.
