## Description

SBS is tendering for a specialised culture change consultant on behalf of NHSX\. Following the requirement for all staff to work at home during the Covid19 Pandemic, NHSX initiated a project called Remote First\. They are looking for a consultant to undertake the next phase of the project which is to explore opportunities that have arisen through staff engagement in phase 1 and NHX would like to explore what moving to a Remote first \(not remote always\) culture means for staff\. To support us in this next phase we require a specialist estates change consultancy to develop the offer\.
