This contract is for the supply of oils and lubricants for Hampshire Transport Management workshops across Hampshire. The contract was direct awarded using the ESPO framework - Lubricating Oils, Greases And Anti-Freeze, reference 106_23.

Hampshire Transport Management (HTM) is the fleet provision business unit within Hampshire County Council, supplying, maintaining, and supporting the Council's mobility requirements. HTM has over 800 vehicles of varying types, as well as five workshop locations to maintain the fleet in-house.
