## Description

Saltash Town Council is looking to procure the services of a Principal Contractor to undertake refurbishment and improvement works to the Grade II Listed Saltash Library\. Works include the replacement of the existing curtain wall glazing , windows and doors together with some internal alterations and refurbishment works including reception counter and toilets\.
