Borough Wide Supported Accommodation Low Level Support and Crisis Responses for 25 years and Over

The key objectives of the Service are:

To prevent homelessness and repeat cycles of homelessness; To promote social inclusion; To contribute to national and local agendas around rough sleeping; chronic exclusion; wellbeing and health; drugs and alcohol; community safety; and worklessness; To work with mainstream public services and other statutory, support, voluntary and advice agencies to prevent episodes of homelessness; and To provide good quality supported accommodation which is fit for purpose
