**Please note this is an award notice, not a call for competition*** The Department of Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (BEIS) had a requirement for the discovery phase for the planned development of a tool that will enhance tracking and progress reporting of the monitoring and evaluation of policies and regulation across the department. This has been sourced via an open competition against the Digital Outcomes and Specialists framework ( RM1043.7).
