English Housing Survey 2012-13, 2013-14 & 2014-15

As per paragraph 5 of the Award Letter and clause 10.8 of the Specification, the contract prices are varied in line with the “Office of National Statistics Average Weekly Earnings Index (Regular Pay) Payments (excluding Bonuses)” with effect from 1 April 2016. This is based on the index average for the previous year (January to December 2015), which calculates as 2.37%.
