Work description
The council are disposing / selling some of its property portfolio. For these transactions we require an Energy Performance Certificate to attach to the legal pack. The Council invites quotations from accredited assessors to provide energy performance certificates (EPC's) for its commercial and non commercial properties. 2 year contract
