First Level Controller (FLC) for DCLG

Provision of a First Level Controller (FLC) to DCLG. The FLC will check and sign off claims the Authority will be submitted to the European Union (EU) for costs already incurred in regards to Contact Point employees working for the European Territorial Corporation (ETC) programme.
