Corserv Solutions Ltd on behalf of Cornwall Housing Ltd are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake work to a vacated flat to make ready to relet. The works include chimney demolition, insulation, re-wiring, decoration and miscellaneous repairs under JCT minor works contract.
