## Description

The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy has awarded a contract to ERM Ltd for the provision of advice relating to the Habitual Regulations Assessment \(HRA\) and derogation case produced by the Crown Estate as the Competent Authority\. This shall assist the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy to confirm whether the relevant tests under the regulations have been met\.
