Access to Touchpoints Database This will include access to: The "Hub Survey Data": meaning the results of the TouchPoints 2024 survey commissioned by the IPA comprising active responses provided by participants in the Touchpoints survey to specific survey questions\. Ofcom have approved a 1 year agreement with the option to extend for two further periods of 1 year each at Ofcom's sole discretion\.
