Provision of Consultancy for Commercial Capability Development Programme

The Contract for the Provision of Consultancy for Commercial Capability Development Programme currently held by PwC LLP and was let by Crown Commercial Service in March 2018. The original contract term was for a total of 9 months from Monday 19th March 2018 - Wednesday 19th December 2018 with no option to extend.

This paper seeks your approval to accept the revised scope of the contract and additional work. This is in line with your delegation taking into account this paper, the Call Off Schedule 12: Variation Form and the CCN Annex 1 Revised Deliverables.

The key points to consider are: There are additional deliverables and revised scope of the contract, however the additional deliverables and revisions do not fundamentally change the Contract.

There is no increase to the original value of £135,400.00 ex VAT.
