Management of legacy Moodle

Catalyst are working with us to scale back and finally de-commission the Moodle related services they historically provided for us. Thus there is no scope to tender for another vendor to do this work. There are two elements, one to move legacy Moodle instances to their newer but cheaper infrastructure, make them read only and only available certain times of the week making a substantial saving on our AWS bill. The second cost are the support services required to maintain this for as long as we wish to retain the archive.
