## Description

Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council \(the Council\) is looking to establish a Contract with a single Supplier to carry out the Highway Structures General Inspections Programme from 2024-2025\. The required General Inspections \(GI\) are to be carried out in accordance with the Design Manual for Roads and Bridges \(DMRB\) document reference CS 450 - Inspection of Highway Structures by suitably qualified and experienced Bridge Inspection Certification Scheme \(BICS\) Inspectors\.
