## Description

Prepare subfloor by removing loose cement screed then applying an overall latex screed followed by a surface damp proof membrane and another latex skim\. On suitably prepared surface supply and fit 'Polyflor XL' vinyl sheet all fully adhered and hot welded at seams\.
