Cleveland Police are looking to work with an experienced and reputable external company which will help us to engage with our staff and identify what is important to them\. This will allow us to prioritise our resources to better support them, increase their levels of engagement and as such increase their commitment to delivering outstanding policing to the communities of Cleveland\.
