## Description

Highways England has successfully rolled out Collaborative Traffic Management \(CTM\) to the SE, E and YNE ROCs\. It is now looking to set up a contract for provision of technical consultancy to examine the feasibility of rolling this out to the remaining ROCs in RIS2\.
