## Description

Southend City Council \(SCC\) is seeking to commission a Provider to develop a Neglect Needs Assessment \(NNA\) for Southend\. The NNA will describe the impact of neglect in the population, review current service provisions response for adults and children where neglect has been identified and identify any gaps\.
