Sheffield Children's Hospital are seeking a supplier to supply a Biomechanics Lab for GAIT Analysis\. The equipment must consist of the following: Equipment purposes: • Analysis and rehabilitation of the following: o Gait o Balance o Dual tasking o Motor control and learning o Perturbation Capability/components: • Visual and auditory feedback\. • A split belt instrumented treadmill for analysis over multiple consecutive steps to assess fatigue, variability and effect of speed\. • A high speed treadmill for the analysis of elite athletes\. • Simulated slips and moderation of limb asymmetries\. • A perturbation platform for balance/response analysis\. • Immersive virtual reality environment to test individual capabilities in real world settings\. • Harness to ensure safety\.
