## Description

Birmingham Women's and Children's Management Services Ltd \(the Employer"\) has a number of vertical transport installations \(hereinafter defined as in 3\.11 "the Lifts"\) in various Sites in the Birmingham area\. The Employer now seeks competitive tenders from lift contractors with a view to awarding a contract to a successful tenderer \("the Contractor"\) in respect of some or all of the vertical transport installations
