Applied Epidemiology R Course

R is a free, powerful open source analytical tool which is increasingly being used for the purposes of infectious disease epidemiology and surveillance. It has developed rapidly, so many ground-level practitioners are not conversant with the programming language required to utilize R, and thus continue to use tools that are sub-optimal for today's demands and that often require costly licenses (e.g Stata).
