\*\* THIS TENDER IS CLOSED \*\* Award of contract via the CCS DPS Agreement RM6018 via further competition\. The final date and time for the submission of bids is 16th November 2020 at 11:00\. DO NOT apply directly to the buyer\. All tender information MUST be submitted through the Delta eSourcing Portal\. This research project will inform how best to set up the TAF that will enable social landlords to make the most of the fund as well as contributing to meeting some of the UK's legally binding environmental and fuel poverty targets and be an important step on the path to net-zero carbon by 2050\. It also has the potential to enrich the understanding of barriers and enablers to retrofit with tenants in the private housing sector\.
