## Description

Stoke-on-Trent City Council requires contractual arrangements to direct deliver street sweepings and gully emptying waste to a licenced processing facility\. This service shall include the treatment, recycling or recovery and final disposal of all materials\.\\r The further treatment and disposal of all non-recyclable items shall operate in compliance with the Waste Hierarchy, maximising diversion away from landfill or following a Zero Waste To Landfill Strategy as the preferred option\. \\r
