To extend an off-framework contract placement for a Bristol service user with an out of area off framework provider . The service user has been in placement for more than one year. The weekly cost is £3,911.58, annual Cost is £203,960.96 and the total estimated cost for 4 years is £816,961.42. This is an existing Placement. When placements are made they are intended to be permanent unless otherwise indicated (respite or temporary placement) as it is not in the service users best interests to move care home unnecessarily, therefore the intention is for it to continue.
