Contract for Domestic Services at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust (ENHT)

ENHT issued an Invitation to Tender ("ITT") in connection with the competitive procurement of Domestic Services, under Lot 3 (Soft Facilities Management Services) of the London Procurement Partnership (LPP) Total Facilities Management framework (LPP/2017/015).

The Authority awarded a contract based on NHS Terms and Conditions, to run for an initial 7 years and 6 months, commencing 1st May 2021, inclusive of a 3 month Mobilisation Period. The Authority shall reserve the right to extend the contract up to a further 2 years and 6 months (10 years maximum term).
