The Provision of Cycle Training Services and a range of Cycling Promotional Activities

Warrington Borough Council (The Council) is looking to secure a provider to help increase the number of journeys made by bicycle in Warrington by ensuring that children and adults are trained to Bikeability/National Standard to be competent and confident, and increase their ability to cycle in a safe manner with skills to control their bike and to make trips on roads and cycle paths.
