Work description
With no existing system in place, the council requires a Non-Housing Information Management System that is primarily an estate management system with added asset management functionality. The council requires a system that does not need to be built from scratch and is ready to be utilised and if not, will only need minimal configuration.
The council is a Government site with connections to the Public Services Network and uses services and data from central Government. Therefore, the council needs to ensure that the winning supplier does not create any IT security weaknesses that could compromise Compliance with the standards requested of us. The system should be Cloud-Based and the supplier's IT Infrastructure must be located in the United Kingdom. Suppliers must adhere to the 10-steps guidance and principles of the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) .
