## Description

In 2014 Bradford Teaching Hospitals Foundation Trust \(BTHFT\) outlined a strategy for a single electronic patient record \(EPR\)\. The main phase of the strategy deployed Cerner Millennium across most of the hospital in 2017 on a joint domain with Calderdale and Huddersfield Foundation Trust \(CHFT\)\. The Trust is now implementing the next phase across Theatres, Anaesthesia and Critical Care \(TACC\)\.
