A modern Unified Communications system which incorporates telephony services into the Microsoft Teams environment\. The supplier will provide a solution that also includes contact centre services such as enhanced reporting and call recording\. The new solution will be fully integrated with Microsoft Teams and fully supports hybrid working\.
