## Description

Dudley MBC's Housing Maintenance Team \(HMT\) has a requirement for the repair and replacement of wholesome water services above and below ground, to include large-scale water pipelines e\.g\. multi-occupancy buildings, flats, schools and offices to council owned properties throughout the Dudley Borough\. The Council is looking for a single contractor to provide these services for a continuous cycle of services over a 3 year's period with an option of a no-fault break clause after 12 months\. The contract is to provide all the following services: o Location of underground burst\. o Provide entry of service into property where required, including all builders work to make good\. o Repair water service pipes, any size, any depth, where required\. o Alternatively, replace existing service by means of moling\. o Repair or replace stop taps, guard chambers or surface boxes including making good surround\.
