## Description

The LGA are seeking to appoint an organisation to provide an independent evaluation of our national programme \(AAP\) by March 2019 with a headline report by end February 2019 Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
