Work description
Testing the Waters is a biennial survey of Nob Household Consumers (NHHs) in England and Wales, where they are asked their views on, and experiences of their water and sewerage service providers.
The finds of each survey are tracked and reported at three levels:
1. England and Wales 2. The nations of England and of Wales 3. Water and Sewerage Company (WaSC) region
Additional analysis by NHH size (micro, small, medium and large) is also included.
